Verse of the Day: October 12th — Jeremiah 32:27
“I am the Lord, the God of all the living! Is anything too difficult for me?”
If you are struggling with something today, ask yourself: Is anything too difficult for the Lord who, by a mere Word, created all of Heaven and all of earth? The answer is no. Nothing is too difficult for Him. The question isn’t if God can do something; the question is if you are ready to receive what He is able to do. The best way to ready yourself for what God wills for your life is through prayer and obedience to His Word.
“Lord, thank You for being our God. Thank You for every answered and unanswered prayer; for knowing exactly what we need and what we do not. Thank You for your infallible Word; for closing all the wrong doors and opening all the right ones. We may not know what is best for us moving forward, but You do. And we ask today for only Thy will be done. Whatever we are praying for, if it is not Your will — that it not be granted us; and if it is — that it be accomplished without hesitation. Help us to be more courageous and unwavering in our obedience than we were yesterday. Assist us in faith so that even when it wavers, we do not wander from You; for it is in You we trust in all ways for all of our days. In the Holy Name of Jesus we pray. Amen.”
