Verse of the Day: When The Spirit of Truth Comes, He Will Guide You–John 16:13
“When the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears [from the Lord] he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come” –John 16:13.
There is a lot of chatter nowadays about what is truth and what isn’t. The Bible makes clear that God (the Trinity) and His Word are truth. They will lead you always to the truth, and nothing else. When the Spirit of Truth (Holy Spirit) indwells a person, that person will be able to discern between real truth or untruth; fact or fiction; good or evil. So long as you stay close to His Word (knowing and following His commands and His precepts), you will never fall astray.
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Follow Him.
