Psalm of the Day: When I am Afraid, I Trust in You–Psalm 56:3
“When I am afraid, I put my trust in You” –Psalm 56:3.
When the psalmist was being attacked on all sides, afraid for his life, he said only one statement: “Lord, I trust You.” And that is all he needed. We can learn a lot from his faith — and Who, when our backs are against the wall, we can trust always. When you are going through troubled waters, worried about your current situation and the fate of your future, cry out to God. Tell Him you trust Him. He is the One Who will deliver you. He is the One with the perfect solution. Give it all to God and He will honor your faith.
