Daily Devotion: What it means to have “full trust” in God…
Our trust (and faith) will be tested daily, and we all want to feel safe from the attack(s) of our enemies … as well as the enemy. Be inspired by the believers in the book of Isaiah. When they were fearful, the began praising God–declaring that their safety was ultimately in Him and Him alone. They knew wholeheartedly that it was the Lord Who would (and could) deliver them —and it is the exact same for us today.
Allow these words of Isaiah to encourage you no matter what you may be facing today. Focus your thoughts strictly on the Almighty and His promises, and tell Him you trust Him. Our faith will work miracles in our lives!
Lord, help us to focus all of our.thoughts on You and Your infallible Word. Help us to trust You at all times, good or not so good, because You are our forever protector and vindicator, our eternal Rock. Amen.
